Brethren in Christ Church – Relief and Development Services (BICC-RDS) is the relief and development arm of the Brethren in Christ Church, a faith-based institution rooted in the Anabaptist-Pietist tradition. Established to translate the Church's holistic mission into tangible community transformation, BICC-RDS works at the intersection of faith, service, and sustainable development across Zambia's rural and underserved communities.
Operating as a semi-autonomous entity within the Brethren in Christ Church, BICC-RDS unites the credibility and deep community trust of a long-standing church institution with the rigour, transparency, and accountability standards of a professional development organisation. Our work is anchored in an unwavering commitment to human dignity, equity, and the flourishing of every person we serve.
